Dorm Drop-Off
If you are arriving by car (including personal vehicle, taxi, Uber, or Lyft), you should drive directly to your dorm. If you are arriving by public transportation, you can proceed directly to your assigned key tent.
Parking in front of the dorm is limited to 20 minutes. Your family members and move-in helpers can begin unloading your belongings while you proceed to the key tent. Note that helpers must follow safety protocols and that family programming will not be hosted during move-in.
Room Key and ID Pick-up
You will pick up your Harvard University ID and room key at your assigned key tent. A government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license, state ID, military ID) is required to receive your ID card. Do not send a family member in your place.
